Why we collect information

We use the email address and optional details you provide to respond to your enquiry. Under this contact flow, we ask for your consent to that processing. We do not subscribe you to marketing communications.

Information you choose to share

Your email is required. Your name, company, role, and message are optional. We also record the consent notice version, submission time, locale, and enquiry status. Please do not provide patient data or confidential information.

Service providers and transfers

Google Ireland Limited (Firebase Hosting, Cloud Functions, Firestore and, with your consent, Google Analytics) and Zoho Corporation B.V. (email delivery) process data on our behalf.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the providers' own transfer safeguards.

How long we keep information

Unconverted enquiries are scheduled for deletion after six months. If a conversation progresses into an ongoing business relationship, we explain the applicable retention arrangements. Deletion also needs to cover notification copies and service-provider systems; backup copies expire under the applicable provider schedule.

Protecting the enquiry service

We use short-lived keyed network-address hashes and request counters to limit abuse, retained for up to 24 hours. Enquiry records are private. We do not publish a lead list.

Your choices and rights

You may withdraw consent and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority. Contact us using the details above to exercise your rights.

Cookie information

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics records page views and interactions using first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*), with a maximum lifetime of six months. We do not send form contents to analytics or enable advertising features. Your consent choice is stored in this browser for six months and can be changed through Cookie preferences. A short-lived session flag confirms saved enquiries without storing form details. Hosting providers process technical request data to deliver and protect this site.

With your consent, Google Analytics processes website usage data. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under its applicable data processing terms and transfer safeguards. We configure event-data retention to two months.
